Your Mission

As a Head of Finance & Legal, you will be responsible for managing the financial and legal aspects of our company. You will oversee finances, legal contracts, financial reporting, governance, and fundraising activities. Your role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and legal compliance of our organization, as well as supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial operations and strategy
• Oversee legal matters, including contracts with partners, NDAs, and MTAs
• Coordinate financial reporting, maintaining communication with accountants and auditors
• Handle grant applications and management
• Ensure governance, including organizing and managing the General Assembly
• Support fundraising efforts, with lead on on debt and non-dilutive financing

What You Need to Succeed:

• At least 5 years of experience managing finances in a high-growth startup environment
• Strong understanding of legal aspects related to business operations
