Your Mission

As VP of Sales, you will lead our efforts to drive revenue and market presence in the United States and with our key accounts in the US. You will be responsible for building and executing sales strategies, driving B2B ingredient sales, and managing relationships with key partners. As the company grows, you will also build and manage a sales team in the US and ensure the success of strategic initiatives such as Joint Development Agreements (JDAs) with key industry players.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for B2B ingredient sales in dairy and plant-based dairy and alternative food sectors
• Manage and nurture relationships with key partners, including strategic ingredient companies, contract manufacturers, and major food producers
• Lead and support Joint Development Agreement (JDA) negotiations and executions
• Oversee the development of the US sales operations, including hiring and managing a sales team, and supporting operations
• Ensure sales goals are met and exceeded through hands-on sales efforts and team leadership
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align sales objectives with overall business strategy
• Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings
• Maintain a deep understanding of the alternative dairy and plant-based food industries and stay ahead of market trends
